Yes, this is already a paid site, and I’m still asking for donations. I completely share your indignation about this.
Why do I need donations?
Service. Working with old files takes an enormous amount of time. Yes, I could just focus on posting only fresh material—it’s easier and more profitable (per unit of time). But it feels so nice to be someone who doesn’t just steal, but actually creates something. I get about 60% from your file-hosting purchases; with donations, that number grows to roughly 92%.
What do you get in return?
Nothing (mostly). I don’t run an MLM pyramid, and I’m too lazy to invent all that crap with different colored tiers/grades just to give you a “reward effect”. All I can promise is that for every $20 donated, I’ll upload one extra video from the “fresh and relevant” pile.
Where will the donations go?
Towards a new video card and maybe a new PC. What happens to the money beyond that? Nothing. It will just go straight into my pocket. In theory, this will increase the number of new files.
