A young woman experiences an interruption in cable service and is told an on-call person will be there immediately. She lets in the man thinking he is the on-call person but in reality, he tapped into her phone service so that her calls can be rerouted to his personal phone where he can pretend to be anyone he chooses. She never hears or see him walking up behind her and placing her in a sleeper hold, pulling her away from the table. She tries to fight him but he grabs her by the head and neck and brutally snaps her neck, killing her instantly.
