It's late and the night nurse is closing out an exam room. Suddenly, she is attacked from behind. He chokes her out. He lays her unconscious form on the table and begins the process of slowly removing her clothing. He makes sure and examines her thoroughly. Satisfied, he wakes her up. As she comes to understand her predicament, he stabs her in the belly. She screams in agony and clutches her wound. He pushes her hands apart and stabs her again and again. She screams in horror as blood pours from her multiple belly wounds. Then, she spits up blood and starts to fade. As she calms down, he keeps stabbing her, over and over and over. Finally, as she makes one last attempt to lift her head, he stabs her once in the chest, hard, and on the mark. She lays her head back, blood oozing from her parted lips. Her stare is fixed, she lets out a sign and is dead. He runs the knife along her bloody body then leaves
