As they struggle to breathe, Ivy succumbs first, falling to the floor dead. Maizee and Aurora call a flipped coin in the air. Aurora wins and must strangle Maizee with rope. She pulls tightly as Maizee gags, her feet kicking in agony. Aurora, flustered, drops the rope, she cannot kill another person. Maizee is given the opportunity to steal the round and kill Aurora instead. She wraps the rope around her neck and strangles her to death, pushing her limp body aside. Ezra prepares for round three: two drinks, one filled with poison, one with just water. Maizee and Karma trade glasses and sip from the liquid. Within seconds, Karma’s body starts to cough and convulse, the poison consuming her. She shakes and her eyes stare off into the distance as she dies. Maizee is the winner! Vance gives her the cash but tells her she cannot leave with her clothes, she must wear a trash bag. She angrily grabs the bag and storms out, calling Vance a “pervert” on her way out. This angers him and Ezra shoves her to the couch were Vance chokes her to death. He wraps her dead body in the trash bag and leave the four girls there for his viewers to admire.
