Description: A dumb real estate agent is showing a house where a murder took place. She offers to show the client the room and position of the murder. The client turns out to be the perp and knocks her out, ties her up and proceeds to slice into her chest and gut with a large knife. As she is dying he fucks her. He leaves her tied up and spread eagle on the bed. As he exits the room, the real estate agent's girlfriend shows up and he knocks her out as well. He strips her clothes off and drags her into the bathroom. In the shower he wakes her up by running a knife across her throat. She gags and spasms as blood shoots out over the walls. She sinks to the shower floor and flops out onto the carpet where she bleeds out and dies
