He manipulates her body a bit, then heads over to check on Lexxi. She is still dead. He removes her clothes too — first the bra, then the panties. He lifts her legs, giving us various views. He drags her out of the kitchen and onto another special mat. He spends some more time with her, then goes back to Houston. He drags her out of the room. Back with Lexxi, he lifts her legs up with the mat and drags her out of the room as well. Later, both or laying side by side in a trunk. We get some nice view before he closes the door.
