The doctor is unaware of what happened from her perspective–only that the entity vanished.

The timer ends and she is brought back to her own dimension where she is very excited and does not notice Martin’s odd behavior. It is only after he attacks her that she realizes things have gone very badly and the ghost has possessed Martin. Now Martin, the evil, and apparently horny entity in control, sexually assaults Dr Tillinghast. He forces her to suck his cock, and rapes her in multiple positions around the studio.
