Alexis is at home doing her makeup when she receives a phone call. It’s her friend Hana asking her to be the designated driver for her that night since Alexis is pregnant and cannot drink. Alexis doesn’t particularly want to go out, and tries to bargain with Hana to better her situation, not noticing the sinister man approaching her from behind. Alexis agrees to help Hana and hangs up the phone. Suddenly, the man wraps a large zip tie around Alexis’ neck and zips it tight! Alexis is startled and whips around to fight her attacker. She quickly realizes the zip tie is making it difficult for her to breathe and decides to break off the fight to get something to cut off the zip tie first. She races into the bathroom and frantically searches the drawers. Nothing. She runs into the kitchen and fetches the first knife she can find, but the zip tie is on too tight; she cannot get the blade to cut it! The killer smirks and watches her struggle. She tries to run out of the kitchen and he catches her and shoves her down onto the bed! Alexis writhes, struggling for each breath.

The man watches her for a while with pleasure. He reaches down and gives the zip tie a little tug, tightening it to the point that it completely closes off her air. She cannot breathe at all now. Her mouth goes wide as she tries in vain to get any breath she can. In another wicked act, the man pulls out a pair of scissors he had in his pocket. Exactly what she needs to get the zip tie off. She reaches for them, and he plays keep-away with her. Finally, her body weakens, and she goes limp. The Zip Killer checks her pulse to make sure she’s dead, closes her eyes and cuts the zip tie off. He proceeds to play with her body, undressing her, playing with her arms, making her rub herself, moving her head and playing with her lips. He rolls her over and rubs her backside, and then rolls her back, playing with her some more, checking her eyes and dropping her limbs. Later, a knock comes from the door. It’s Hana.

She comes into the apartment looking for Alexis. She finds her friend’s body in the bedroom and tries to wake her up. The Zip Killer sneaks up behind her and quickly throws a zip tie around her neck too! Hana falls onto the bed, gasping for air! She tries to get up. This time the Zip Killer decides not to play around. He shoves her back down onto the bed, holds her down and gives the zip tie another tug cutting her air off! She claws at his arms, trying to escape but it’s no use. She slowly fades away. The Zip Killer checks her pulse and cuts the zip tie off. He strips her, rubs her, plays with her limbs, brushes the hair out of her face. He makes her rub her tight, tattooed body. He opens her eyes and rolls her head. She is a very lovely corpse. Satisfied, the Zip Killer leaves their bodies behind on the bed, shoulder to shoulder. Their hands just barely touching

Despite this, Hana snatches the card and promptly begins dancing. Alexis comments that Hana is a somewhat bad dancer and that it would be funny if Rod tripped her. So he does. Hana plummets to the floor and slams her head into a cabinet! Her neck snaps, and she goes still! Rod and Alexis are frozen first in shock and then in laughter. They argue about whether or not Hana is dead, and once Alexis confirms she is they argue over what to do. Alexis wants to call the cops and fights Rod for the phone. Rod quickly wraps the phone cord around Alexis’ neck and strangles her to death! He taunts her with the phone, and pushes her body to the floor. Rod then drags Hana’s body to be closer to Alexis and lifts Alexis’ shirt. He uses both girls’ hands to touch each other, drops their limbs simultaneously, rubs their bodies and plays with their heads before leaving. Contains death by neck snap and death by phone cord strangulation!

It is Halloween night. Hana is handing out candy to trick or treaters. A small group comes by and she enthusiastically gives them their candy. Noticing she’s down to two pieces of candy, she decides to eat one when the doorbell rings again.

She goes to the door and a solitary man dressed in black is quietly waiting for her. She notes that he has no kids with him and that she’d rather give her last piece of candy to a child. He stares at her in silence and holds out his bag. She relents and cautiously gives him her last piece of candy.

She is creeped out by him, but tries to put the incident behind her. She is done handing out candy for the night, and decides to undress for bed. She looks at her reflection in the TV when she hears the doorbell ring again. Thinking it’s more trick or treaters, she goes to the peephole and sees nobody is there. She announces she’s out of candy hoping to discourage whoever came by.

As she’s walking away, the doorbell suddenly rings again startling Hana! Trembling, she reaches out to the door handle and quickly opens the door. She peeks outside, nobody is there.

Hana closes the door and tries to talk herself into calming down. It’s only Halloween. It’s just trick or treaters playing a prank on her. Suddenly a loud banging comes from her bedroom, and she screams bloody murder! She creeps into the bedroom and searches for the source of the sound, but finds nothing. She hears the sound of running water, and leaves the bedroom. As she walks away, the face of her evil trick or treater is in the window!

Hana goes into the kitchen and finds the source of the noise: her kitchen faucet. She is quite freaked out now, but decides to take action. She turns out all the lights in the apartment and huddles on the floor next to a Halloween decoration. She scans the room and freezes in fear when she sees a shadow moving across the floor in the bedroom.

She slowly gets up to investigate, cautiously creeps to the bedroom and sees nothing. She tries to return to her hiding place when the masked trick or treater suddenly grabs her from behind and viciously stabs her in the back! He rips her shirt open, exposing her breasts and drops her to the floor. She frantically crawls to get away, but he grabs her by her hair and slams her against the wall!

The killer crouches down, pulls out his bloody knife and shows it to her. She cries out in fear as he slams the knife into her chest! She gurgles blood while he saws away with the knife, cutting around her breast. More blood spurts from her mouth as he reaches inside her chest and rips her heart out! She looks up at him, and then to her still beating heart and goes still.

The killer drops the heart, and it settles next to Hana’s body, and he leaves to go find more victims.
