In 2013, footage was shown to the jury in a case from 2007 involving abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence. This is that footage in it’s raw format as presented.

First is what was to be a CCTV college broadcast of a student project documenting the pre-autopsy process, by two interns. The footage is shot by a single cameraman who is also a student and project team member. The footage was taken at the county morgue using an unidentified “Jane Doe”. The body is in full rigor. The inters, using project guidelines, explain to the camera/audience, the procedures involved in breaking rigor. Then they do the same with every other process. Because the interns are also students, they seem to be learning as they are presenting the information. The cover stripping the corpse, identifying marks, fingerprinting, collecting evidence, rolling the body, etc.

The next bit of footage is the crime scene footage. It is taken from the same camera used to make the project footage. Essentially, the camera man follows the local collage janitor into the morgue where the body resides waiting for autopsy. The cameraman, it is thought, informed his acquaintance about this body and they hashed a scheme to film it as a pledge prank. The footage goes on to show the process by which the charges are levied. First, the man uses the girls hand, then mouth to get himself hard. Then he has sexual intercourse with the corpse until he orgasms. Upon leaving the room, they acquire addition evidence which leads to the 2nd charge.

The final video is more project footage. Here the interns complete the prep of the body after the autopsy has been completed and the y-insicion has been made. It is noted in this video—and they is key to the case, that the second, morgue camera that the interns were using in the first video is now missing.
