An unsavory psychiatrist has been helping a troubled teenager with her nightmares, which only become more intense as she continues therapy. As it turns out, the doc has been spiking her tea with a potent medicine that puts her in an intense theta sleep state while he molests her. Her dreams then become the culmination of her own fears and what he is doing to her in reality. We open with a typical session, with poor Summer waking up from her nightmare, the doctor comfortably sitting, taking notes. She does not have a clue what happened to her while she slept. The next week she arrives with a friend. The medicine he prescribed has her so zoned, she was afraid to drive. The doc is surprised by her unexpected teenage friend and quickly shuttles her off to another room to wait. The process begins. As Summer dreams, the molestation starts. But this day, he would go farther then ever before. With her legs spread, he slips inside her for the first time.
